Are you a skilled HVAC Engineer looking to work full-time in a world-class data centre environment?
FläktGroup Ireland is seeking a dedicated Data Centre HVAC Engineer to join our on-site engineering team, ensuring the continuous, reliable operation of critical HVAC and cooling systems that support our data centre clients.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of our mobile service team, you'll be:
* Performing planned preventative maintenance on critical HVAC and cooling infrastructure
* Responding to on-site reactive issues and diagnosing faults promptly
* Maintaining and troubleshooting AHUs, chillers, CRAC/CRAH units and associated equipment
* Monitoring system performance and ensuring optimal operation of all cooling plant
* Completing all documentation, risk assessments, and maintenance reports to a high standard
* Supporting continuous improvement and reliability programmes within the facility
* Collaborating closely with on-site operations, facilities, and OEM service partners
* Ensuring all work complies with site safety procedures and data centre standards
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced, motivated professional who has:
* A trade qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
* Minimum 5 years' experience working with HVAC or critical cooling systems
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills in high-availability environments
* Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with site teams
* Solid IT literacy (Word, Excel, email, maintenance systems)
* A strong focus on safety, documentation, and procedural compliance
Desirable:
* Previous experience in data centres or mission-critical facilities
* Safe Pass, Manual Handling, MEWP certification
* F-Gas certification
