What can we do for you?
Earning potential of €29,432 per annum OTE (based on a combination of weekly salary and monthly commission for outstanding performance)
Full-time position: 40 hours per week, €***** per hour
Monday to Friday (some Saturdays)
Shift Pattern: 8am to 5pm, 9am to 6pm and 11am to 8pm - subject to change based on business requirements
Exciting additional incentives potentially worth over €2.5k per year.
Weekly pay and monthly commission.
Your Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Experience Agent, where you will handle incoming calls from current clients, actively contributing to daily targets and objectives.
There are also opportunities for committed Customer Experience Agents to engage in outbound calls to existing clients, utilizing your key competencies for effective cross-selling and up-selling.
Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of outbound calls (approximately 100 per day) while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.
Act as the voice of the business, delivering a positive and consistent customer experience on every interaction.
Use strong customer service, communication, and listening skills to understand customer needs and respond effectively.
Work collaboratively within a high-performing team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Accurately follow scripts, call flows, and compliance requirements while remaining personable and engaging.
Demonstrate resilience and composure when managing objections or challenging conversations.
Maintain high levels of motivation and focus to meet and exceed daily and campaign KPIs.
Successfully complete all training and coaching provided to support a smooth transition into the role.
Represent FMI's mission and values in all customer interactions.
Your profile
Qualifications and Experience
Strong customer service skills with a clear focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
Previous experience in a contact centre, outbound calling, telesales, or similar role is desirable but not essential.
Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and call quality.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills, with a confident and friendly telephone manner.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Basic IT skills and confidence using CRM systems, diallers, and standard office software.
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve performance.
