What the job will entail:
Achievement of individual sales targets set by the business on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Ensuring all administration associated with the role is completed correctly and within agreed timeframes.
Consistently delivering first class experience to all customers.
Keeping updated on new products and services to advise customers accordingly.
Taking ownership of customer queries or needs, dealing with them positively to ensure resolution.
The skills that you need:
You must have the ability to take ownership of the customer's experience and issues to achieve a positive outcome.
Flexibility on working hours due to the opening and closing times of our stores.
Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor style depending on the audience.
Self-motivated, outgoing, energetic.
Enjoy working both independently and as part of the wider team to achieve customer satisfaction and important metrics.
