Candidates will contribute to enriching the lives of our Service Users.Job ObjectivesWe are seeking an experienced Dietitian to join our team at Nua Healthcare.Main DutiesThis will include the following on a day-to-day basis:To be familiar with and to adhere to all company policies and procedures.Conduct nutritional assessments for the residentsDevelop and implement personalised dietary plansCollaborate with healthcare professionals/ members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive careProvide nutrition education to residents and team membersMaintain accurate and up-to-date recordsThe above Job Specification is not intended to be a comprehensive list of all duties involved and consequently, the post holder will be required to perform other duties as appropriate to the post.QualificationSkills RequirementBachelor's degree in dietetics/ nutritionCORU registeredFull Clean Driver's licence.SkillsAn ability to empathise with and understand the needs of others.Experience of / with people with additional and/or complex needs.Experience in a residential setting or similar setting is advantageousStrong interpersonal and communication skillsEnthusiastic, proactive self-motivator who can provide holistic supports of the highest quality.Ability to set high personal standards of performance and delivery of desired results.To be considered for this role you will be redirected to and must complete the application process on our careers page.
