JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting to the CEO, this job is a full-time permanent role working 37.50 hours weekly. The Residential and Respite Manager will be a member of the senior management team and provide strategic health and social care leadership to residential and respite services. The post holder will provide the highest possible quality of support and care within St Christopher's Services. They will provide professional/clinical leadership in the designated area(s) of responsibility.
Applicants must meet specific criteria to be considered for the position:
* A relevant 3rd level qualification in Nursing. Degree preferred.
* A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in a similar setting, demonstrating leadership in delivering person-centred support.
* Previous experience in staff management and working within set resources.
* Experience in supporting individuals with Challenging Behaviours.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation such as Health and Safety and Employment laws.
* Demonstrated motivational and leadership skills.
* Possession of an up-to-date, valid Irish Driving License.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland.
