We are seeking a Credit Control Specialist to join a high-performing team in a thriving work environment, commercially focussed.
The role requires close co-operation with our Finance and Commercial sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Undertaking a Commercial Credit Control role
Conducting daily reconciliations and managing the collection process
Handling aged debt and arrears management, ensuring accurate and timely month-end reporting.
Engaging with client relationship manager to resolve queries and maintain excellent relationships.
Supporting the accounting team to ensure smooth and efficient payment processes
Running Monthly/Weekly Direct Debits
Allocations of payments received
Answering customer queries & requests
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
2+ years experience in Credit Control/Accounts receivable, with a solid understanding of full-cycle AR processes.
Strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders.
Be resourceful and proactive. Self‑starter who enjoys having accountability and ownership while being part of a collaborative team.
