This team helps small and medium-sized businesses grow by connecting them with customers through innovative online advertising solutions. You'll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, guiding them on best practices, helping them optimize their digital advertising strategy, and driving measurable business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of 30–45 clients across the Iberian market.Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, focusing on growth, product adoption, and customer satisfaction .Identify new opportunities, trends, and solutions to help clients reach their goals.Deliver consultative sales support and data-driven insights.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful advertising strategies.Track and report on performance, metrics, and quarterly results. Top 3 Non-NegotiablesFluent in Spanish and English – both written and verbal.3+ years' relevant experience in account management, customer success, consulting, or digital advertising.Experience from an agency or client-side background, working directly with advertisers or media buyers.
