We're looking for an
Operations Manager Intern
to join our team and help scale the operational side of Tripjoin. You'll be involved in everything that makes our trips run smoothly — from logistics and coordination to process optimization and communication with local partners. This is a key role for someone who wants to understand how a fast-growing travel startup works from the inside.
Responsibilities
* Support the management and coordination of ongoing trips and new launches.
* Communicate with local partners, suppliers, and team members to ensure seamless operations.
* Help design and improve internal workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Track performance metrics and operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
* Assist in traveler communications before and during trips.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align operations with brand strategy.
Requirements
* Degree in Business, Operations, Tourism, or related field.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under dynamic startup conditions.
* Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
* Passion for travel, teamwork, and operational excellence.
