Responsibilities
Rotate through assembly lines performing a variety of tasks, creating life-changing medical products with precision.
Perform on-line and in-process visual inspections to ensure each product meets specifications per work order and procedure, upholding the highest quality standards.
Reject products outside of specifications.
Assist supervisors and technicians with product and machine change-overs.
Operate a variety of testing equipment required for periodic product and process testing, gaining valuable hands-on experience.
Follow safety standards and adhere to safety procedures to protect yourself and others.
Accept overtime opportunities and perform other related tasks as required to support the team.
Qualifications
Adaptability: navigate various assembly lines and work cells with ease.
Fine motor skills: dexterity and fine-motor precision required for accurate assembly.
Visual inspection skills: eagle eye to ensure flawless assembly.
Team player: thrive in a team environment working on sterile medical products.
Reliability: consistently meet target expectations.
Preferred experience: 3 to 6 months in manufacturing industry (ideally in a related field).
Strong English reading, speaking, writing, and comprehension skills.
