* Designing and delivering corporate engagement programs that promote community involvement and employee engagement
* Maintaining and enhancing the Group's reputation as a responsible corporate citizen

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in economics, business studies or humanities, or a comparable field
* Proven expertise in corporate responsibility, corporate engagement or related fields
* Sound understanding of corporate processes and project management principles
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team
* Fluency in English and German languages
