Support Worker Role
The role of a Support Worker in Day Services is to provide care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities.

About the Role:
This rewarding role involves working with a team to create person-centered plans and individualized services that cater to the unique needs of each individual. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to implement positive behavior supports and QQI programs, promoting independence and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities include providing support and care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, assisting with personal care and daily living tasks as needed, and participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
* A relevant third-level qualification in Social Care, Education, or Training
* Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities and support needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexible hours and travel
