If you enjoy innovating in a fast-paced, high-volume solution-selling environment, we have a unique opportunity for you to make your mark in the new EMEA SMB MuleSoft team.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with Account Executives across the entire sales process, evaluating sales opportunities by considering customer technical requirements, competition, decision-making processes, and fundingQuickly establish trust with the client's IT team and C-Level executives at our potential clientsShowcase how MuleSoft's Integration & Hyper-automation Platform can revolutionise IT through demos, whiteboards and presentationsHelp drive selling at scale by running webinars, workshops and other events across the regionWhat you will achieve:3 months:Attain MuleSoft Developer certificationSuccessfully complete MuleSoft's SE training programEnhance your architectural problem-solving and whiteboarding skills through shadowing and role-playing customer scenariosEngage with Account Executives and your peers, shadowing customer calls and engagements6 months:Assemble all the skills of a successful SE by closing dealsCollaborate with Account Executives on account planning and strategyTake ownership of technical sales from start to finish for a range of opportunitiesDeliver product presentations and demos tailored to the client's business outcome, technical requirements and audienceDevelop and present custom demos based on customer needs or industry trendsSupport marketing through evangelism activities such as participating in demo-driven webinars, and speaking at industry events, among othersWhat you’ll need to be successful:Prior experience in enterprise software Pre-Sales, ideally in the SMB segmentProficiency in quickly building trust with clients and the ability to influence key decision-makers throughout the sales processFamiliarity with cloud technologies, including iPaaS, SaaS applications, cloud infrastructure, etc.A passion for technology and the ability to translate that passion into tangible business benefits for customersProficiency in leading workshops, webinars and other customer-facing engagementsAbility to demo and present a technical solution aligned with customer outcomesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong presentation abilitiesWillingness to travel as required within the EMEA region and to maintain flexibility regarding working hoursFluency in French or Spanish in addition to English is essentialWhat could also help you in the role:Knowledge of middleware, integration architecture patterns, microservices, enterprise messaging patterns, APIs, BPM, RPA, etc.Proficient in hands-on development, coding, and API designTrack record of creating custom demos*LI-Y
