Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in Clonmel.
This role will be a great fit for someone with GMP manufacturing experience and exposure to maintenance management programs and implementation of the same.
Mechanical Engineering Degree is essential.
Role:
* Develop preventative maintenance schedules and SLA with vendors
* Ensure correct spare parts available for continuous operation
* Support the development and registration of Equipment and Instrumentation registration on CMMS systems.
* Support of FAT’s, Project walkdowns, Commissioning and Documentation Handover.
* Develop SOP’s and WI for facility
* Support the validation of equipment in particular HVAC and Process Air
* Engineering metrics reporting and action planning.
* Continuous improvement through Digital and MPS (Tier, 8-step problem solving, standardisation etc.)
Bachelor of Degree in Mechanical Engineering
