€16.93 per hourDuties include:Compliance managementInvoice Verification – verifying scanned/emailed invoice data covering Ireland areasReturning rejected invoices (no P.O. quoted etc) to vendors by post and emailMatching invoices to Purchase orders; investigating and communicating with Buyers and vendors to resolve queriesReviewing files and updating the database accordingly.Data entry and Data managementRecord managementUpdating files - contracts, staff files,General clerical work e.g., filing, photocopying, answering/making telephone calls, dealing with queries and emails.Maintaining confidential and high-quality records in a thorough and organised manner.Processing client information at the highest level of discretion.Job Requirements:2 year administration or clerical experience.Highly proficient in Microsoft Packages and efficient in data entry.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent Communication and interpersonal skillsReach out to Shauna on 01 / or share your CV to #LI-SF1
