This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive organisation offering stability, growth, and a competitive benefits package.As Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of all hard services within an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) environment, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems. Leading a skilled team of technicians, you'll ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of plant and equipment while maintaining exceptional client relationships and service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage planned, reactive, and corrective maintenance across all building systems.Ensure compliance and reliability of electrical systems, HVAC, water services, boilers, and life safety equipment.Utilise the CAFM system (Maximo) to schedule works, track defects, and maintain asset data.Supervise internal technicians and external contractors, ensuring safe and high-quality service delivery.Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and manage permit-to-work processes.Respond promptly to helpdesk requests and reactive tasks in line with SLA targets.Support procurement, onboarding, and training of FM team members.Monitor budgets, report on performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.Represent the company professionally and maintain proactive client relationships.RequirementsQualified electrician or strong electrical background with experience in facilities or building services.Proven experience in facilities management or technical maintenance within industrial or production environments.Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, life safety, and control systems.Hands-on approach with the ability to lead and motivate a multi-skilled FM team.Strong understanding of health & safety, statutory compliance, and risk management.Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.Experience using CAFM systems (Maximo advantageous).Proficient in Microsoft Office and handheld reporting tools.Full, clean Irish driving licence.Experience in a food manufacturing or production facility is an advantage.What's on OfferCompetitive salary & bonus structureCompany pension scheme & private health insuranceExcellent training, development, and career progression opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative management cultureExposure to a major production environment with a strong focus on safety and reliabilityReady to take the next step?Apply directly today or get in touch to arrange a confidential conversation about this opportunity.
