Talent Acquisition Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent from across the industry.
About the Role:
You will work closely with our hiring teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, managing all aspects of the 360-degree recruitment process. This includes sourcing candidates through various channels, screening and interviewing applicants, and negotiating terms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Manage the full 360-degree recruitment process in multiple campaigns.
This role requires strong analytical skills, with attention to detail in evaluating candidate applications. You should have excellent communication skills, with experience dealing with key stakeholders at all levels.
In addition to your technical skills, you must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to design job descriptions and interview questions that effectively capture relevant information about each candidate's qualifications.
