The position is remote; with flexibility for occasional in-person meetings in Dublin or other locations across Ireland, depending on client needs.Role OverviewThe Candidate Sourcer plays a critical role in building high-quality talent pipelines by proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates for current and future hiring needs. This role partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a strong and diverse flow of talent across the organisation.The ideal candidate is research-driven, detail-oriented, and highly motivated by finding hard-to-reach talent in competitive markets.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing & ResearchProactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and alternative sourcing channelsConduct in-depth market mapping and talent research for priority rolesBuild and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positionsIdentify passive candidates and develop tailored outreach strategiesCandidate EngagementCraft personalised and compelling outreach messages to attract candidatesConduct initial screening conversations to assess skills, experience, and motivationAct as the first point of contact, delivering a positive candidate experienceNurture long-term relationships with potential candidatesCollaboration & Stakeholder SupportPartner closely with recruiters to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profilesProvide market insights (availability, salary trends, competitor activity) to recruitment teamsSupport diversity, equity, and inclusion sourcing initiativesData & Process ManagementMaintain accurate candidate records within the ATS/CRMTrack sourcing metrics (response rates, pipeline health, time-to-fill contributions)Continuously improve sourcing strategies and toolsRequired Skills & ExperienceEssential2+ years' experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment research, or talent acquisitionStrong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniquesAbility to identify and engage passive candidatesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsThe business operates on a flexible working basis so individuals will need to be set up as a sole trader.DesirableExperience sourcing across technical, commercial, or specialist rolesFamiliarity with ATS/CRM systemsKnowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketingExperience working in an agency or in-house TA environmentPersonal AttributesCurious, proactive, and resourcefulResilient and comfortable working to targets or SLAsStrong relationship-builder with a candidate-first mindsetData-driven and process-orientedPassionate about talent, research, and continuous improvement
