We've partnered with a data focused SaaS company in Dublin looking for a Senior Manager of People Experience to join the team here.

This is a permanent role based in Dublin city centre with a hybrid work model where you will be reporting to the HR Director.

You will have 7 reports within the HR function to manage and I'm looking to speak with individuals that have worked is a SaaS or tech company that can help design, improve and implement global HR ops processes.

* This role is designed for a senior manager who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, focused on scaling the HRBP team and people operations while enhancing strategic business outcomes
* 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years of management experience managing both HR operations and business partnering functions
* Strong background in HR operations within a global company, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment. In particular, experience with EMEA, JAPAC and US regions
* In-depth knowledge of global HR compliance, employee relations, and best practices across these regions
* Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
* Ability to collaborate across HR teams, working closely with teams you don’t oversee (Talent Acquisition, Comp & Bens, Internal Comms & ER Brand, L&D and the Office Manager)
* Data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage HR metrics to drive decisions and improvements
* Ability to adapt to a fast-growing scale-up environment and manage ambiguity effectively
* Attention to detail and process-oriented
* Curiosity to keep learning and experimenting

Responsibilities

* This individual will spearhead the HRBP and People Ops teams, playing a pivotal role in driving both HR operations and strategic business partnering across our rapidly growing, global SaaS organisation
* In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee the execution of streamlined HR operations that support a diverse workforce, while collaborating closely with business leaders to deliver data-driven people solutions
* Your team will act as a key business partner, providing insights and guidance on organisational development, employee experience, and performance
* You will work in close alignment with other specialised HR Teams - Talent Acquisition, Comp & Bens, Internal Comms & ER Brand, and L&D - ensuring seamless execution of cross-functional initiatives and fostering an integrated HR strategy
* Lead the design and execution of efficient, scalable HR operations processes throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, global policies, employee relations, offboarding, etc.)
* Partner closely with the Legal team to maintain compliance with global labour laws and internal policies across the multiple regions and countries
* Partner with Finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of all employee payables, vendor invoices, and third-party payments
* Develop and manage HR metrics to assess operational efficiency and report key trends and insights
* Ensure data hygiene in our HRIS to automate and avoid mistakes
* Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance on HR initiatives such as employee engagement, performance management, employee retention and organisational effectiveness
* Collaborate with leaders to implement HR solutions that align with business goals while maintaining company culture
* Support teams through organisational changes and growth phases, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with overall business objectives
* Lead and mentor a team of (7), three HRBP’s, 2 People Ops, a Talent Program Lead and 1 Office Manager
* Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven environment within your team
* Provide coaching and development opportunities, ensuring the team continuously improves and grows in both HR expertise and business acumen
* Partner with other HR Teams (Talent Acquisition, Comp & Bens, Internal Comms & ER Brand, L&D) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of cross-functional HR initiatives
* Coordinate with these teams to ensure HR operations processes align with broader organisational strategies and initiatives
* Collaborate to drive consistent messaging and support company-wide HR projects as needed
* Foster a positive employee experience by ensuring that HR operations are efficient, employee-friendly, and aligned with company culture
* Drive initiatives that promote a healthy, engaging, and inclusive work culture
* Drive wellbeing initiatives to ensure employee wellbeing and inclusion are key components to scale in a healthy way
