We are seeking an experienced Project Architectural Technician to join a growing architectural team in Dublin. This role is suited to a technically strong individual with recent project experience, ideally within the residential sector, and a proven ability to work independently. The successful candidate will play a key role in the technical delivery of projects and is expected to be involved in site stages in the near future.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage detailed technical drawings and construction documentation
Lead on technical detailing across projects, ensuring accuracy and buildability
Work closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to coordinate information
Support projects through delivery stages, including site involvement as required
Identify and resolve technical issues proactively
Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations and industry standards
Requirements
4–5 years’ relevant experience in an architectural technician role
Strong recent residential project experience, ideally including site-stage exposure
Alternatively, solid recent site experience on large-scale projects
High level of proficiency in Revit
Ability to produce and manage technical detailing independently, without close supervision
Strong coordination and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused approach
Experience working within the Irish market
Knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction practices
