Job Description:
The role of DeltaV Engineer is a key position within our organization, responsible for the installation and commissioning of automation systems. As a member of this team, you will be working closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation.
Responsibilities:
- Write user requirements for DeltaV modules
- Review and approve related design documentation
- Partner with local site project teams to scope changes on the DeltaV system
- Participate in agile sprint teams for software development
- Participate in commissioning and qualification activities, including FATs, loop testing, onsite commissioning and testing
- Implement software changes in accordance with the SDLC procedure, covering RS updates, RTM change control, implementation and testing
- Ensure software is implemented in a safe fashion with quality as a necessary output
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical degree
- Training completed in DeltaV standard and batch
- Minimum 3 years of experience in DeltaV application
- Experience commissioning DeltaV systems in GMP manufacturing facilities
- Proven record of proficiencies associated with business analysis on capital projects
- Excellent understanding of cGMP's, SDLC methodologies and LEAN/MPS/Sigma principles
