About the Role
Our client is looking for adriven and results-focused hunterto growrecurring service revenue across Ireland. This is apure new-business rolefocused on winning new customer logos and introducingservice contracts for electronic security and life safety systemsacross commercial, enterprise, and public-sector infrastructure projects.
As a Service Sales Executive, you willown the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract close—and partner with service teams to ensure a smooth handover and successful onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
In Scope:
Acquirenew customer logosfor electronic security & life safety service contracts
Target opportunities acrosscommercial, enterprise, and government/public-sectorprojects
Develop, own, and continuously improvethe service contract sales process
Build and maintain astrong new-business pipeline
Contribute to theevolution of CRM usage, reporting, and forecasting discipline
What You’ll Do:
Proactivelyhunt, identify, and win new customers
Conduct customer assessments to identifycompliance risks, service gaps, and operational needs
Developvalue-led service proposalsaligned with customer needs and regulatory standards
Ownend-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, site visits, proposal development, negotiation, and close
Maintain awareness ofIrish security, fire, and life safety standards
Who You Are
You are atrue hunterwho thrives on opening doors, creating opportunities, and closing deals. You areautonomous, target-driven, and thrive inregulated and compliance-driven environments.
3+ years inhunter-style B2B new-business sales
Experience sellingservice contracts, maintenance agreements, or recurring revenue solutions
Experience incommercial, enterprise, or public-sector environments
Strongprospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellentcommunication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement
Full cleanIrish driving licence
Experience withsecurity or fire maintenance, monitoring, or managed services
Familiarity withPSA compliance, fire audits, or lifecycle service requirements
Experience withgovernment/public-sector frameworks
