Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the daily management of site resources, ensuring successful project delivery.
* Leadership and Management: Lead and coordinate site teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and productivity. Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
* Project Planning and Control: Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and stakeholder expectations. Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and take corrective actions as needed.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high-quality workmanship.
* Communication and Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams. Foster strong relationships and ensure timely resolution of issues.
* Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions. Make informed decisions that balance business needs with operational constraints.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in construction project management on similar projects in Ireland or the UK, strong track record of delivering projects safely and within budget. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and professional certifications (e.g., PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
