You will work closely with Project Leaders, Managers, and senior stakeholders to ensure schedules are aligned to business strategy, risks are managed proactively, and project execution remains on track.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project across all project activities and milestonesSupport Project Leaders and Managers in planning, tracking, and reporting on project activitiesDistribute and manage resources (personnel, equipment, materials) by task in alignment with Project Lead recommendationsGenerate Actual vs. Planned reports (S-curve), scheduling adherence reports, and headcount reportsManage risk registers and conduct impact analysisFacilitate Project Governance forums and coordinate Project Status Card updatesProvide scheduling change request support throughout the full project lifecycleLiaise with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clear communication across all project workstreamsWhat You'll Need5+ years' experience scheduling a portfolio of technical projectsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Project — Planview or equivalent planning tools a strong advantageSignificant experience in operationally focused (rather than capital projects)Demonstrated ability to analyse resourcing capacity vs. demandPMP Certification requiredExceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levelsResults-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independentlyStrong analytical and organisational capabilities
