What the Graduate Programme Offers Structured Sales Product Training (manufacturer in-house) Clear Career Progression to Senior Sales Executive, Team Leader Brand Manager €50k OTE with uncapped commission as you progress Mentorship Support from experienced sales management Company Pension Exposure to a fast-paced, professional main-dealer environment The Role As a Graduate Sales Executive, you will be trained across all aspects of the vehicle sales process, including: Handling customer enquiries professionally and promptly Building rapport with customers and understanding their needs Recommending suitable vehicles and explaining features and finance options Appraising part-exchange vehicles Supporting negotiations and learning how to close sales effectively Working closely with the Sales Manager and Business Manager to ensure a smooth sales and handover process Delivering an excellent customer experience at every stage Working towards internal and manufacturer targets as your experience grows Who We're Looking For Recent graduates or final-year students (all disciplines considered) Strong communication and people skills A genuine interest in sales and customer service Confidence, drive, and a positive, professional attitude Willingness to learn and develop in a performance-based role Full clean driving licence Previous sales experience is an advantage but not essential - full training will be provided.
