Responsibilities
Kitchen management including hygiene control (HACCP Procedures)
Ensuring Health and Safety standards are met
Assist in the care and maintenance of equipment
Assist in cleaning and maintain a healthy environment for the children in the kitchen and service area
Co-operate in fire drills
Cleaning toilets and hand basins
Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Attend appropriate training necessary for the job
Hoovering and sweeping of floors as appropriate
Cleaning all surfaces, door handles etc
