One of Ireland's largest financial companies with over 200 locations nationwide, which provides a diverse range of services in banking, financial and related services, is currently seeking Training & Communications Support at Molesworth Street, Dublin.
Your new role
The role holder will support the Project Team to deliver a comprehensive training and communications programme and to ensure the successful implementation of the new solution.
Assist the Project team in the delivery of a comprehensive training programme for our new system across the group. Design comprehensive, interactive User Guides to support users to use the new system. Become the system expert and support project team members with the successful roll-out of the MMX system. Plan and co-ordinate training schedules and manage all associated administrative tasks. Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions to stakeholders at all levels across groups. Collaborate with stakeholders across the group to assess and assist with their readiness for the roll out of the new system.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Has a proven passion for training and communications.
2. Proven ability to multitask, to prioritise and complete work effectively, within tight deadlines and to a very high standard with the flexibility and adaptability to changes in the working environment.
3. Excellent communication, people, and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to build and develop strong relationships and networks across the organisation.
4. An experienced user of MS Office Suite.
5. An understating of regulation, policies and procedures which impact complaints and errors is advantageous.
