This company are expanding and require the specialised skill set to develop their services across the Munster region. About the Position Within the role you will be involved in Overseeing the operations and development of the business unit Develop and implement a business strategy, to improve operational efficiencies and environment on the Cork site Budget spending and expenditure control Strategy development through sales and marketing Lead, motivate and develop staff Manage goals for the team and set out milestones of success. Manage all SLAs. Supporting the safe and efficient operation of the facilities Performance management and streamlining of operations Prepare reports for Senior Management and clients. Collaborating to ensure process and product flows are efficient and production schedules and targets are met Effectively communicate company policies and procedures to employees Experience/Requirements For this role you must have 5 years experience in Business Management environment Experienced in planning and strategic development Problem solving attitude.
