This part-time accounting technician role offers the chance to work with a reputable organisation in the distribution sector. The successful candidate will have proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, proficiency in software like Sage and Microsoft Excel, and effective communication skills for liaising with clients and stakeholders.
* Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy.
* Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, as well as General ledger postings.
* Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with Irish regulations, adhering to strict deadlines.
* Support payroll processing and guarantee accurate submission of PAYE returns.
* Assist with Order processing and inventory management.
* A minimum of 23 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles is preferred.
* Proficiency in software such as Sage and Microsoft Excel is essential.
* Excellent communication skills are required for effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
