The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in live event production, with strong technical knowledge of sound, video, and lighting systems. This role involves working closely with our production team to set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment to ensure flawless event execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, test, and operate audio, video, and lighting systems for events of various scales.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently during live events.Collaborate with producers, event planners, and clients to ensure technical needs are met.Maintain and care for company equipment, ensuring proper storage, inventory, and upkeep.Load-in and strike AV equipment at event venues.Stay updated with industry trends, equipment, and best practices to enhance production quality.Qualifications2+ years of experience in live event production, AV, or related technical field.Proficiency with sound systems (mixing consoles, microphones, speakers, etc.).Working knowledge of video systems (projectors, switchers, LED walls, cameras).Experience with lighting equipment and DMX control systems is a plus.Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.Why Join Lumio Productions?Be part of a collaborative and creative team passionate about live events.Opportunities to work on diverse and exciting productions.Growth potential in a fast-paced, expanding company.
