About the Role
The Person in Charge plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional person-centered services to adults and children in specified designated centers.
This position requires strong leadership, supervision, and support skills to facilitate the effective provision of clinical and care support services.
Fundraising for Excellence
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all relevant records and documentation are kept accurately and up-to-date in relation to people supported and staff.
This includes maintaining compliance with record-keeping regulations and HIQA requirements.
Additionally, the Person in Charge will contribute to the development and maintenance of nursing standards, protocols, and guidelines that reflect the highest standards of care.
