We are seeking an experienced Chief Nurse to lead our healthcare team in Monaghan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing management and be committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will oversee daily clinical operations, promote a culture of excellence, and drive quality improvement initiatives. They will also be responsible for mentoring and developing staff, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
Essential Qualifications:
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMBI registration.
* Management qualification in health or a related field.
* Evidence of continuous professional development.
* Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience in Older Person Care.
* At least 3 years of management experience in health or social care.
Desirable:
* Postgraduate diploma in Gerontology.
* Additional management qualifications.
* Strong IT and digital skills.
