What the role is
As a CDP, you will:
Have at least 3 years of experience working in a busy Kitchen with high volume covers
Engage well within the team to provide a consistently high standard of food
Have excellent HACCP knowledge and Level 2 qualification in Food Safety
Have the ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure in each area of the Kitchen when required
Have a professional image at all times in line with the Kitchen and Hotel standards
Be committed to the teamand supporting your colleagues
Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends and early starts
