Leadership Position in Hospitality Management
We are seeking an accomplished hospitality leader to spearhead the success of our hotel operations. As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel management, including guest relations, sales and marketing, front office, accommodation, maintenance, food and beverage, finance, and human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing and motivating Heads of Departments to achieve optimal performance.
2. Ensuring the effective delivery of services and maintaining high standards across all hotel departments.
3. Overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest satisfaction, sales growth, and profitability.
4. Collaborating closely with the Head Chef and F&B Manager to achieve exceptional customer service and maximize revenue in the Food & Beverage Department.
5. Managing budgets, financial plans, and controlling expenditures to ensure fiscal responsibility.
6. Setting and achieving sales and profit targets while maintaining accurate financial records.
7. Analyzing sales figures and developing effective marketing and revenue management strategies.
8. Prioritizing guest satisfaction in all business decisions to drive loyalty and repeat business.
9. Implementing an effective training and development plan to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
10. Making sound business decisions that focus on service quality and overall hotel profitability.
11. Regularly attending daily and weekly team meetings to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
12. Ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
