You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values your expertise and dedication.If you are a motivated and experienced Bridge Engineering professional looking to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you.Join us at AtkinsRéalis Ireland and be part of a team that shapes the future of bridge engineering.Your roleLeadership: Lead and manage a local team of Bridge engineering professionals.Business Development: Drive business development and manage tender bids for professional services contracts.Resource Planning: Conduct short, medium, and long-term resource planning to ensure project success.Design Oversight: Provide design input and oversee the delivery of structural aspects of projects.Project Management: Manage medium and large-sized projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are delivered.Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external parties, including clients and stakeholders.Mentorship: Mentor and develop junior team members. PSDP Duties: Assist in undertaking the duties of the Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP).About YouSelf-motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking, with a flexible approach.Proven ability to lead projects from a technical perspective.Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication skills.Previous staff management experience.Proactive approach with a track record of delivering high-quality services to clients in both the public and private sectors.Extensive knowledge and experience in bridge design, inspection, assessment, and rehabilitation.Proficient in Eurocodes and structural analysis software (MIDAS Civil or LUSAS).Experience in the design and refurbishment of concrete, steel, and masonry structures.Proven experience working within multidisciplinary teams.Ireland and/or UK experience.RequirementsLevel 8 Honours Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.Relevant experience as Bridge / Senior Bridge Engineer, on Irish projects post-graduation.Chartered Bridge Engineer (CEng, MIStructE, or equivalent).Rewards & benefitsExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
