Responsibilities of the Credit Control Specialist Job:
1. Proactively manage a portfolio of customer accounts
2. Engage customers by phone/email to ensure timely payments
3. Collaborate with sales, customer service & finance teams
4. Handle account queries and disputes promptly
5. Maintain accurate records of customer communications
Requirements for the Credit Control Job:
1. 2+ years in credit control or AR
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Organized, with a problem-solving mindset
4. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems (ERP experience a plus)
