A leading International Law Firm based in Dublin 4 is seeking a HR Generalist to join their team on a 10-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad HR experience in a dynamic and professional services environment, supporting a wide range of HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Provide HR guidance on policies, procedures, and employee relations Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes Assist with payroll and benefits administration Coordinate performance review administration Ensure compliance with employment legislation Organise employee health and wellbeing initiatives Deliver general HR administrative support What Were Looking For: 3 years previous experience in a HR administrative or generalist role (ideally in legal or professional services) Good knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field CIPD qualification (desirable) Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Why Apply?
