Due to continued expansionofeir evowe are now seeking to recruit an experiencedField Service Engineerthat willwork closely with ourManaged Services Team, working on a dedicatedteam, supporting an evolving and exciting multi-technology IT environment.The successful candidate will work on andreceive exposure to different technologies, Microsoft Servers, MicrosoftExchange, Active Directory, as well as the latest Microsoft applications &solutions.Why This Role:Expectations From TheRole:On site resourcing cover - operating within a customer’s environment and under their governance.Provision accounts and equipmentSupporting Windows Desktops, Outlook, Networks, Ms. Office, O365Maintain and build the current documentation in place.Interacting with and managing 3rd partiesApplication troubleshooting and support.Imaging and DeploymentManage File Permissions and Access RightsConfiguration and Support of Mobile DevicesHardware Fault Investigation and DiagnosisResolution and Recovery, Reducing impact where possible.Work with other ICT teams or 3rd parties where required.Create and maintain Documentation of Customer’s EnvironmentRequirements For ASuccessful Application:Required Skills· 3-5 Years working in an IT Support Environment· Extensive Windows Desktop skills and Strong knowledge of Active Directory· Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills· Industry Accreditation· Networking technologies, Firewall and Switching principles.· Microsoft Exchange Administration and Support· Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland or currently hold a Stamp 4 Visa to apply.Full Driver’s license and own transport is essential (all travel is expensed, and mileage is not excessive)Others:Our purpose is to connect for a better Ireland.Our ambition is to be the number one choice for telecommunications and technology solutions, delivering for our customers today and into the future.Our new values and behaviours reflect both who we are and who we strive to become.
