Executive Recruiter - Sales - FMCG - focusing on Food & Beverages and Retail
Working for a luxurious Interior Company who specialise in Bathrooms & Tiles. They are an award winning Irish Company who have been in business for over 40 years. Due to continued success and growth, they are looking to recruit a Bathroom Showroom Sales Manager to be located in their Showroom in Dublin South West.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a team of 4 Bathroom Sales Consultants
* Driving Bathroom sales and working closely with the Head of Retail
* Ensuring you and your team meet Sales targets
* Dealing with the general public, architects, contractors and interior designers
* Building relationships with clients to promote repeat business
* Training and mentoring the Sales team
* Responsible for monitoring market trends and competitors to identify sales opportunities
What Skills You Need for this Sales Job
* Management experience within Showroom Sales is essential
* Showroom Sales experience in Bathrooms or tiles is a strong advantage
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Degree or Diploma in interior design or retail management is a strong advantage
* Must be living within commutable distance to Dublin South West
What’s on Offer
This Job comes with a basic salary of circa 65k along with training and career development opportunities and staff discounts.
