Deli Management Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled Deli Manager to lead our busy department in Kildare.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in deli management, with a strong understanding of food safety, waste control and HSE requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the deli department's day-to-day operations Create and manage staff rosters to ensure smooth service Monitor margins, controlling waste and driving profitability Maintain top standards in food safety, HACCP and HSE audits Your Skills: A minimum 4 years' experience as a Deli Manager (supermarket or forecourt background preferred)A strong understanding of food safety, waste control and HSE requirements is essential for this role.
