About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative with strong manufacturing experience to generate qualified opportunities and fuel the growth of our digital manufacturing solutions.
If you understand how factories operate, how production lines flow, and the challenges that arise at each stage of the build/production cycle, this role will suit you perfectly.
What You'll Do
Prospect and qualify new leads across manufacturing verticals (factories, modular construction, industrial operations).
Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn following structured cadences.
Understand key manufacturing challenges and position WrxFlo's digital transformation solutions.
Clearly articulate how digital tools improve production efficiency, visibility, and throughput.
Schedule discovery calls and demos for the Manufacturing Account Executive.
Collaborate closely with the Manufacturing Account Executive and Project Manager.
Maintain accurate CRM data, activity logging, and performance KPIs.
What You Bring
Experience in SDR / inside sales / lead generation roles.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, workflows, or supply chain.
In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, with knowledge of how each stage of the build/production cycle operates.
Prior experience working directly in manufacturing environments is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, discovery, and qualification skills.
Comfortable working to targets, KPIs, and structured outreach processes.
