Sullivan and Lambe are Ireland's leading independent importer, manufacturer and supplier of Quartz, Granite and Porcelain worktops, and we are looking for a sales representative to join our team For our customers we sell a range of bespoke products to meet customers' individual needs and expectations whilst ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
* Provide world-class customer service, promptly greet customers and respond to questions/concerns effectively and courteously
* The ability to customise a price according to drawings and information provided
* The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, to multitask under pressure and to use initiative when working individually.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written, to form strong relationships and develop new business
* Good administration skills to include keeping up to date customer records. Computer literate, with knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and the internet as a tool for researching new customers
