Job Title: Operations Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient use of resources, and driving continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve exceptional results. You will be a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage film production and introduction of new technology through effective team leadership
* Conduct standard work for managers, monitor and improve processes
* Train and participate in workplace innovation, aligning with tier management system
* Initiate changes to work practices and procedures, promoting quality culture and compliance
* Execute communication within the unit and to other departments
* Plan and manage team members' attendance and timekeeping
* Establish and maintain high standards in relation to environmental health and safety
Requirements
* 3rd level qualification, preferably in a technical discipline desirable
* Previous supervisory management experience in a manufacturing environment, complying with FDA and cGMP requirements essential
* Advanced leadership skills to build and motivate the process team
