Job Details:
* Title: Sales Executive
* Location: AutoBoland Volvo, Waterford
* Salary: €60k - €70k OTE
Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer queries efficiently and helpfully
* Completing planned sales calls
* Promoting new products to existing customers and vice versa
* Conducting vehicle appraisals for trade-ins
* Arranging repairs for bodywork or paint damage
* Updating showroom and website stock lists
* Monitoring department performance against KPIs, targets, and budgets
* Discussing finance options with customers
* Finalizing finance agreements with financial institutions
* Completing finance documentation
Requirements:
* Car sales experience is desirable but not essential (training provided)
* Full driving license is required
* Self-motivated with strong KPI focus
* Excellent communication skills
* Professional attitude, behaviour, and appearance
* Persuasive sales presentation skills
* Confident IT skills
* Teamwork ability
* Driven and ambitious mindset
* Great customer service and time management skills
