Field Sales Representative
to join their expanding team.
About the Role:
This is an
entry-level, field-based sales role
, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting people face-to-face, and wants to build a long-term career in renewable energy sales.
You will be provided with a
company vehicle
and will visit existing and prospective client sites across Kildare, Dublin, and surrounding areas. Your role will involve checking the health and performance of solar panel systems, identifying opportunities for upgrades, servicing, or additional solutions, and building strong on-site relationships.
This role is suited to someone who is
high-energy, money-motivated, and keen to grow and earn
within a rapidly expanding sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Travel to commercial and industrial sites using a
company vehicle
* Carry out on-site checks of solar panel system health and performance
* Engage with site managers and business owners to understand their energy needs
* Identify sales opportunities for maintenance, upgrades, monitoring, or additional solar solutions
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular site visits
* Generate new business through proactive field activity and referrals
* Update CRM with visit notes, opportunities, and follow-ups
* Work closely with internal technical and sales teams
* Consistently work towards and exceed monthly sales and commission targets
The Ideal Candidate:
* Energetic, driven, and motivated by commission and career progression
* Confident communicator with strong face-to-face people skills
* Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
* Interest in renewable energy or technical solutions (full training provided)
* Previous field sales, customer-facing, or door-to-door experience is an advantage (not essential)
* Full, clean driving licence
* Ambitious mindset with a desire to grow long-term
