Project Manager Senior - Contract Management
The company is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to take charge of multiple construction schemes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large projects and possess strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project delivery across various active construction schemes
* Guide project teams on programme, quality, design coordination, and risk
* Maintain contractual obligations and report on progress
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and key partners
* Oversee procurement planning and monitor subcontractor performance
Requirements:
* Degree in engineering, construction management, trade qualification, or related discipline
* 12+ years experience in main contracting (Irish/UK Tier 1/2) with strong leadership exposure
* Proven record managing multiple large projects simultaneously
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contractual processes
* Excellent communication skills with a collaborative leadership style
* Fully qualified professional with a full Irish driving licence required
