Responsibilities
Maintain the highest attainable standards of person‑centred care, promoting optimum independence and enhancing the quality of life of service users in all aspects of daily living.
Assist and cooperate in the smooth running of the assigned area.
Work directly with the Unit Head to identify programmes/work and design activities suitable to the varying needs of the service user.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Ordinary Degree (HETAC Level 7) in Applied Social Studies, Social Care, Nursing or a recognised equivalent.
Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities and complex needs.
Full clean driving licence and willingness to drive as part of the role.
