Office Administrator – Full‑Time (On‑Site in Swords)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting a busy office environment? We're looking for an Office/Sales Administrator to join our client's team in Swords. This is a full‑time, on‑site role combining administrative support with marketing and sales assistance.
What You’ll Do
* Manage social media engagement to strengthen online presence.
* Assist with planning and coordinating PR activities, sales meetings, and company events.
* Support the sales team with brand development and customer service.
* Prepare in‑house newsletters and company updates.
* Assist accounts payable with administrative tasks.
* Offer general admin support to management when needed.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Administrator.
* Strong knowledge of office management systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
* Attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and strong organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
