About the Job:
This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment with our team. We are looking for a skilled professional to assist in the day-to-day running of our service.
Main Responsibilities:
* To process referrals, conduct assessments and implement care plans
* To engage with clients and support them in achieving their housing sustainment goals
* To address any maintenance issues and ensure payment of rent
Working Environment:
We strive to provide quality and affordable accommodation and support services to vulnerable groups including the elderly, disabled and homeless.
Reporting Lines:
The post holder will report to and be supervised by the Service Manager who reports to the Regional Manager.
Key Performance Indicators:
* To assess the holistic needs of all clients and refer them to other relevant services
* To inform clients of their rights and responsibilities under their tenancy agreement
* To establish and maintain a positive and compliant rent culture with tenants
Quality Standards:
We aim to deliver a consistently high standard of care and protect the rights of our clients.
Communication:
All staff are expected to work in accordance with our values and ethos and contribute to the development of our policies and procedures.
Health and Safety:
The post holder will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that all aspects of health and safety standards are met within the service.
Confidentiality:
Staff must maintain confidentiality at all times in accordance with best practice.
Administration and Accountability:
The post holder will work effectively within the team to administer the day-to-day aspects of the service as outlined in our Standard Operating Procedures.
Research and Development:
Staff will participate in relevant research projects to improve outcomes and standards in our housing services.
Personal Development:
There will be opportunities for further education and training to support personal and professional development.
