Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the following position #003268 People Data & Reporting Manager Professional Grade 6 DCU People, Permanent Contract Role ProfileThe People Data & Reporting Manager plays a key leadership role within the People Data & Analytics function. Reporting to the Senior People Manager (Services, Data & Compliance), the postholder is responsible for operationalising DCU's People Analytics and reporting strategy, ensuring high-quality data, robust governance, and actionable insights that support strategic workforce planning, statutory reporting, and organisational decision-making.The role provides expert analytical leadership, oversees dashboard development, ensures the quality and integrity of HR data across systems, and manages the People Data Analyst.
