This is an exciting opportunity for a natural team leader to grow their leadership career in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.
You'll play a key supporting role in the day-to-day running of the shop, working closely with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver excellent customer service. You'll also be ready to step up and take charge whenever needed.
This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about retail, has strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Store Manager with overall shop operations
* Leading the team by example, ensuring top-tier customer engagement
* Helping to drive performance and hit KPIs through smart in-shop activity
* Coaching and mentoring team members to unlock their full potential
* Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and company policies
* Taking responsibility for opening/closing, security, and cash handling when in charge
Requirements:
* Previous management / supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing leadership role
* A team player who's confident stepping into a leadership position
* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
* A proactive attitude and a desire to learn and grow
